Ideas Prototyped LLC is a Redmond, Washington machine shop built on four decades of machining and manufacturing experience in the medical device industry — a field where tolerances are unforgiving and “close enough” doesn’t exist. We bring that same discipline to every part we make, whether it’s a titanium surgical-instrument component or a one-off bracket for a garage inventor.

We started Ideas Prototyped because too many good ideas stall at the prototype stage: online machining services want clean CAD and big quantities, and big shops don’t want small jobs. We do. Bring us a sketch, a sample, or a STEP file — we’ll handle design, machining, casting, and finishing under one roof, and you’ll deal directly with the person making your part.
