Our shop combines CNC and manual machining to match the right process to your part and your budget. Complex geometry runs on our Haas VF-2 vertical machining center with 4th-axis rotary capability, which lets us machine multiple faces of a part in a single setup — better accuracy, fewer setups, lower cost on multi-sided components.
Capabilities:
CNC milling, including 4th-axis indexed and wrapped work
Manual lathe turning for shafts, bushings, pins, and threaded components
Precision surface grinding for flatness and tight thickness tolerances
Optical comparator inspection of finished parts
Micro-blasting and deburring
Materials we machine: 6061 and 7075 aluminum, 303/304/316 stainless steel, titanium, brass, copper, mild and tool steels, and engineering plastics including Delrin (acetal), PEEK, UHMW, polycarbonate, and nylon.
Typical work: prototype parts for product development, replacement parts no longer available from the OEM, fixtures and tooling, small production runs of 1–500 pieces, and tight-tolerance components for medical devices and instrumentation.
Why a small shop? Large online machining services optimize for volume. We optimize for your part: we read your drawing, call you when we see a problem, and suggest changes that make the part cheaper or stronger. That’s what 30 years at the spindle buys you.
