4th-Axis Aluminum Instrument Housing. Machined from 6061 aluminum on the Haas VF-2 using the 4th axis to reach features on three faces in one setup. Micro-blasted for a uniform matte finish. Prototype for a Redmond-area medical instrumentation developer.
Cast Urethane Enclosure, Qty 25. Machined a two-part mold and cast 25 rigid urethane enclosures for a market pilot — delivered in two weeks for roughly a tenth the cost of injection tooling.
