Need 5 to 100 plastic parts, but injection-mold tooling doesn’t make sense? Urethane casting bridges the gap. We machine a custom mold in-house, then cast polyurethane parts that look and feel like production plastic — at a fraction of the tooling cost and lead time.
Our process:
Master & mold. We machine the mold directly from your CAD model — and because we’re a machine shop first, our molds hold real tolerances.
Casting. Urethane resins are available in a range of hardnesses (Shore A rubber-like through Shore D rigid), colors, and finishes.
Finishing. Parts are trimmed, finished, and inspected before delivery.
Good fit for: enclosures and housings, pilot-run production while injection tooling is being built, rubber-like grips/seals/bumpers, market-test units, and short-run replacement parts.
Based in Redmond, WA — serving Seattle, the Eastside, and customers nationwide. Call 425-417-3880 for a casting quote.
